This morning was more chores, packing up, buying my new boots, picking up my replacement tent pole part and fixing it. But we still found time to go for brunch and a drink with Sasquatch before a guy Yeehaw had met in the supermarket gave us a lift to the trailhead at 3. It was only a 1.5ish mile road walk up to the campsite and there were a few other hikers up there sat around a fire. We pitched our tents and then joined them around the fire for dinner until it started to rain and we made a dash for our tents
