I woke up and my shin was still a little sore, so I decided that instead of heading back to Trail in the morning I would spend the day resting in Ashland and catch a ride back to Trail after dinner and just do 5 miles to the campsite. Lucky also wasn't heading back to Trail until tomorrow as she had injured the muscles around her pelvis so in the morning me and her went to the coffee shop across the road and enjoyed good coffee whilst sharing stories. She told me about how she had got a huge scar on her head from falling over and hitting her head on a rock on Trail. No, she gets called Harry Potter. After I headed to the supermarket to sort out my resupply and caught up with Marcus on the phone. Me and lucky, then went back to source the restaurant. I went to yesterday as I couldn't resist another dinner from there before I left. Unfortunately, no, Trail Angel's were around to give me a lift back to Trail at 5:30. So I had to get an Uber. It was a slow and steady climb up to the campsite, but as the Sun started to go downhill, got cooler and there was a breeze. I've got to see some cool views of pulpit rock before setting up camp in some creaky trees, hoping that the wind would calm down.
