When I woke, it was still dark, but the moon was lighting up my tent from behind. I moved my ankle around a bit and was happy that it felt good and they sat up 11 no back on my heels that still felt good. This was a good sign as I’ve packed up the morning glow threads and yellows would lighting up. Mount Shasta in front of me I set off before the Sun fully rows behind it it was beautiful all the same path and tucked behind the other side of the mountains so I lost to Shasta. I had a beautiful view across the moon above the hazy, pink and blue Dreamlight morning state there was something about today I just felt really right I was feeling good in myself and really connected and alive I traverse along the side of these mountains through the trees, and I kept dancing to my left to see that moon above the mountains on the far side of the valley bright, green light shine on the trees reminded me of Dad and his love of that lime, green colour I stopped up ahead a river between two lakes to fill up water and do my stretches and bumped into some section hikers. We chatted about the beauty of the section. Like yesterday the views today was a spectacular and I felt completely in love with the section again no sign of Walker blues anymore. There were moments in my shin pain bothered me I take a break destruction rest it but there are also moments, I couldn’t feel it at all in the mid afternoon clouds start to form a head and I thought that maybe pushing on a little further to the campground at the bottom of the hill might be the best option. This would make it a 26 mile day, but if it rained, I have some shelter, as they approach the last 5 miles of the day I could start to hear distance rumbles of thunder, so I pushed on machinery starting to hurt a little bit, but nothing unbearable and I managed to get to the bottom before any sign of rain. Sunday was loud so I put my tent quickly and convinced it was about to rain. Any moment I ate dinner in my tent But the thunder passed and no rain came so when I got out to stretch my legs brush my teeth and go to the toilet I noticed another hiker had set up in the spot next to me. I walk down to have a quick chat. he was a Sobo hiker after flippingwe exchanged stories of each other’s upcoming sections and then I turned into bed as it was gone eight.
