I had an appointment with Blaze Physio which made me feel much better, she gave me some advice and stretches to do, showed me how to best tape and care for my leg and gave me hope that I could be back hiking by Thursday 🤞 I got my documents ready for my canadian entry permit at the Library and sorted my laundry.
