Day 35
Miles Hiked: 0
Mile 517.6 to Mile 541.6 (Tylerhorse Canyon)
- Trail: This was the LA aqueduct day. I started around 5am and got to see the sunrise, then just lots of flat, dirt-road miles. I did have cell service for most of it, so I was able to call people back home while I walked.
- Campsite: A spot somewhat sheltered next to some brush above the creek in Tylerhorse Canyon. It's extremely windy, so I'm hoping the tent is okay.
- People: I haven't seen any other PCT hikers, but there is a guy and his dog camped at this canyon.
- Tomorrow: Another 24/25 miles to Highway 58 and Tehachapi--the end of the Southern California map section on Far Out!
